IbexAI is a business-to-business (B2B) service, built for companies and teams, not individual consumers. It helps you find and enrich high-intent LinkedIn prospects for your business. We may update or improve the service over time.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens under it.
3. Fees & Payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, based on the pricing shown on our website or otherwise agreed with you. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period, and we don't offer refunds for partial periods.
5. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if a payment fails and isn't resolved, or if you misuse the service.
6. Acceptable Use
Please don't use IbexAI to:
- Do anything illegal.
- Resell or share your access to the service.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape our platform.
7. Ownership
You own the data you put into IbexAI. We own the IbexAI platform, including its software and design. Using IbexAI doesn't give you any rights to our platform beyond what's needed to use the service.
8. No Warranty
IbexAI is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to IbexAI is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
11. Changes to These Terms
We'll notify you about major changes, but we might make smaller changes without notice.
